The Monkey’s Tale Bar!
Welcome to the Monkey’s Tale Bar website. Of course a description of our place is not nearly the same as you experiencing it first hand. We can only share a little of what we hear from our customers and hope you come in to check it out for yourself! Get your tail to the Tale.
We are a New Orleans style music venue conveniently located on the north side of Indianapolis in Broad Ripple Village. No matter what the season we always have something going on. We feature regional and local talent on stage or D.J.’s playing an eclectic mix of tunes.
Open Karaoke on Wednesday’s with the ever popular D.J., “Dougie Rocks”. Come over and put yourself on the map for Sunday evenings when our Monkey Idol Karaoke competition is in full swing! Who will be the next Monkey’s Idol? Join us and let’s see!
* You don’t need to be a professional singer
* You don’t need to sing well but if you do, great!
* You will find a supportive group that encourages all its karaoke friends to have a go!
We also schedule themed parties like, “Pajama Parties”, “Huggie Parties”, “Couch Potato Parties” and more… They are loads of fun, even if you just want to watch!
